TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance

By accessing ShopDock, you agree to these terms. If you're using ShopDock on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Service Description

ShopDock is a cloud platform for custom apparel businesses to manage quoting, proof creation, approvals, and production tracking.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Payments are non-refundable except within the first 14 days. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload (artwork, logos, designs). We claim no intellectual property rights over your content. We need a limited license to host and display your content within the service.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use ShopDock for unlawful purposes, to scrape or resell the service, or to interfere with other users.

8. Intellectual Property

ShopDock branding, code, and design are property of Gobez LLC. You may not copy or redistribute them.

9. Limitation of Liability

ShopDock is provided "as is". Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

11. Changes

We may update these terms with 30 days notice for material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

12. SMS Messaging Program

If you choose to opt in to text messages from ShopDock, you agree that ShopDock may send low-volume transactional and customer-care messages related to your account and work in ShopDock. These messages may include proof approval updates, quote and order updates, invoice notifications, payment reminders, and support follow-up.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies by account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You may opt in through an account form, consent checkbox, or another express consent flow that clearly states you are agreeing to receive text messages from ShopDock. If you opt out, we will stop sending non-essential text messages to that number unless you opt back in.
