If you opt in to receive text messages from ShopDock, we may use your mobile number to send account-related and customer-care messages such as proof approval updates, quote and order updates, invoice notices, payment reminders, and support follow-up. We store your mobile number, consent status, and related messaging history only as needed to deliver the messages you requested, honor opt-out requests, and maintain message records tied to your account activity.
